I was lucky to cancel the sneaky auto renew for tenorshare but it won't let me delete my credit card info from the Mycommerce website so I had to enter a non working credit card to take it's place. I dont trust them with anything. Scammy page with no support.

Order ram for my laptop .says 48 hour royal mail. 6 days later still no sign of delivery. Put a case Into PayPal for refund. Use amazon you know it will come or easy refund .

I ordered 2tb SSD storage

I ordered 2tb SSD storage. 3 days later, with no notification of dispatch, I phoned them. Although they’re located in Ireland, I got someone from a call centre in India. They said that there was a delay because they were out of stock but they were now processing my order. He said there was a problem with logistics when I said that they shouldn’t have taken my order if they were out of stock!!! Don’t order from these people, they are incompetent. When you try to get a refund the site stops working. Seriously. It is simply a way to refuse a refund. Very shady. Try it yourself! findmyorder.com goes down if you try a refund. And no way to contact anybody.

Cancelling Subscriptions

This company is a nightmare to deal with in cancelling subscriptions. According to the original vendor you simply log on to the MyCommerce website using your order number and cancel from there. Entering the order number returns an error, logging into the MyCommerce website just shows your last order that was placed, using the online search function returns no results. So basically impossible to cancel. My tip would be to remove or change any online credit card/payment details you have with ...

Yep. It's a scam

Scam! After trying the limited, demo-version of some software i paid $39 to get the full version. Nothing has been delivered. Customer service only sends my receipt back to me as if that's the problem.

Awful Awful

So I bought a data recovery tool, which after multiple tries didn’t work. I thought, as the national law states, I will be able to get a refund as it is the day after the purchase and I have a perfectly valid reason. After going through the T&Cs, everything seemed to be fine but after contacting them repeatedly, they have rejected my cancellation request multiple times without a reason. I don’t know what to do and to be quite honest, I feel scammed!
