Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience. I bought a Fitbit through the genuine Fitbit site who then, without telling me, outsourced the order to Digital River. Product was meant to arrive yesterday but Parcel Force tell me they can't deliver because there is no house number on the packet. The delivery address including house number is clearly on the order and payment receipt so obviously the label hasn't been printed properly. Wasted my money on Digital River order

Ordered Sysinfo PST file converter and after a day and a half of trying to get it to work properly, I called the Indian manufactured for help. I could not understand his English. Attempted to get refund from the seller, Digital River, on their useless site.Next time maybe I will remember to check Trustpilot before I order.
