What do you like best about Digimind Social? The ability to tag within a query and then create graphs from that data -- be it sentiment or share of voice of different branded medications, is really superb. I can use these graphs to give evidence for exploring new trends. I also think being able to break out the top keywords and share of voice for those phrases is key to helping us formulate our audience description for our creative team.

A tool that's both useful and reliable for social media.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how I'm able to generate models for reportings and easily sending them on their way. It also comes with plenty of indicators. Customer support has been tremendous and are really there for you when you need them. Their initial training program is interesting.

What do you like best about Digimind Social? How much data is available - mentions, location, sentiment, key concepts, who the top influencers are, etc. What do you dislike about Digimind Social?

Digging right within social intelligence.

PROS: It scours the internet and social channels to offer critical information. What's impressive is how easy it is in displaying infortmation into important content. It's a critical tool for any decision made in our business. CONS: While the tool's sentiment is good, it's not perfect. But when compared to other competitors in the market, it's slightly inferior due to some areas that still needs improvement.
