What do you like best about Digimind Social? I find the integration with other tools very usefull. For example, with Zendesk you can easily assign tickets and really provide a connected follow up to customers. It is very user-friendly, which is important when many people in our team use it. Also, graphics and visuals are great for reporting.

What do you like best? I really find usefull the listening part of the software, you can search through millions of mentions about your brand, other brands and interesting topics for the business. The analytics section is also great for any community management work. It keeps track of everything in one same place.

What do you like best about Digimind Social? Ayant utilisé prédemment Brandwatch pour analyser l'impact de mes campagnes, j'ai essayé Digimind Social un peu par hasard en espérant trouver quelque d'un peu plus clair et simple à utiliser, et je n'ai pas du tout été déçu!
