Dialpad: Good at the basics, awkward or $$ for more

What do you like best? Works from PC, Android, and Polycom. Frequent updates. What do you dislike? Talk covers basics well, but for what our PBX did I'd need to add Call Center at $$/mo. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be clear about your needs in detail. For example, in touch-tone menus, do you need a timeout option, and if so, what do you want it to do? "The devil is in the details." If a system is otherwise great but missing one essential feature, you ...

Dialpad is saving us money and providing better functionality.

What do you like best? We are able to expand our departments phone capabilities without the hassle of traditional lines. It has given us the ability to work mobile and flexibly. Given the recent events that have caused us to work from home, the flexibility of dialpad has allowed our service departments to continue to function normally in spite of being miles from their desk phones. What do you dislike? We lose phone service if the internet is out. This is of no fault of DialPad but ...

Love Dialpad

What do you like best? The clarity of the calls and the ease of using Dialpad What do you dislike? The transcribing of the calls is a bit off but makes for laughs when reading them Recommendations to others considering the product: The texing option is AWESOME!! Makes life quicker and easier at the front desk. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When people say their name and number too fast we can look at the transcripts ...

A telephony solution for any need at a reasonable cost

What do you like best? I LOVE that we are able to use this for staff members who sometimes need to make/receive a phone call, but, are not dependent on the phone for their day to day job. They have the ability to set ringing options to direct to someone else when they are out, receive a voicemail, text, and even set up a basic call routing structure for their team. A great feature set for a great price. What do you dislike? Because I administer Sell and Contact Center as well I ...

Feature rich and effective Cloud-VoIP product that's very easy to use

What do you like best? How intuitive the solution is, the ease of deployment and quality of the voice/video calls. Being able to switch on the fly when in a call between laptop and mobile app makes life so much easier especially when you're running late in leaving the office. How we have been able to effectively and accurately determine usage with call analytics. Voice Intelligence has proven to be invaluable for our teams using Contact Center and users in general. Integrations with ...

Revenue Cycle Manager

What do you like best? You can use it anywhere, anytime and not give out personal info. It allows calls to be answered by multiple people on and off site. What do you dislike? I haven’t found anything I dislike about it Recommendations to others considering the product: It’s so easy to use. It allows messaging from person to person while on dial pad. If you have a question while on the phone you can send a message for an answering while on the phone. What problems are ...

What do you like best? The UI makes it very easy to use and switch phone numbers. Can use on desktop or mobile easy. Very well designed What do you dislike? I can't set a specific number as the "primary" caller ID to text out of. I have to switch numbers every time. The setup is kind of tedious. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Needed a reliable easy to use system for multiple people sharing a line. Main benefit is how easy it ...

Excellent VOIP replacement

What do you like best? I've been using Dialpad for several years. I own a small business of myself and occasionally 1 to 2 other staff members. Prior to Dialpad I had tried several other VOIP solutions. They were all too complicated or worked only with very specific hardware. I've really enjoyed the call recording function. It has come in use a lot for interviews, conference calls, etc. The call blocking feature has been amazing too. I used to receive dozens of spam robocalls a ...
