What do you like best? call history and text message functionality. What do you dislike? Load times. Issues with multi calls coming in. Outbound dials can drop. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? call history and communication.

Dialpad is not a good tool.
What do you like best? I like that I don't have to use my cellphone for my job. Dialpad is a decent alternative. What do you dislike? Calls drop, it spazzes out all the time, it's slow, it makes it very hard to hear. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like the texting feature.
