A near perfect solution for our needs.

What do you like best? We were looking for a solution that would allow our staff to stay connected & available no matter where they might be - and Dialpad Talk is that solution for us. The integration with Salesforce was a bonus that allows our staff to be informed during calls, builds a strong CRM, & allows us to create call campaigns for easy use. What do you dislike? Great alternative to traditional phone lines.

What do you like best? I like that I can receive calls to both desk computer and cell phone app. That flexibility allows me to answer work calls wherever I am at. The pricing was in a range that makes this service attractive. What do you dislike? The desktop app needs to be rebooted every couple of days. Not sure if there is a memory leak but the performance slows down. The other complaint would be the number of spam calls that come thru during the first couple of months if you ...
