Steady improvement

What do you like best? Great features, functionality, service...good call quality. What do you dislike? No working API connector with Zoho CRM, some changes require contacting support vs. being able to change in the admin back-end. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest problem is the lack of Zoho CRM integration for our office. Earlier there were some issues with call quality etc. but those are non-existent now. Mobile ...

Dialpad rocks!

What do you like best? Our Company has been able to roll out Dialpad to multiple locations with ease and the services work as advertised. What do you dislike? The only complaint our users have are regarding desk phones - the phones tend to lose connectivity to the app (for incoming calls) and need to be rebooted approx once per week to keep in sync. The desktop app and mobile apps work wonderfully. Recommendations to others considering the product: The best recommendation I ...

User and reseller through Sprint

While most often not a problem, internet service speeds can and do vary. Recommendations to others considering the product: No contract and easy to use. Nothing to loose by trying the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mobility. Little or ...

Dialpad has helped our teams stay innovative!

What do you like best? Moving from a landline system to a VOIP has not only freed up desk space but allowed our customer service team to manage and forward calls with the click of a button. One of our favorite features is the GSuite integration. What do you dislike? The analytics feature could use some improvement with more user-specific data such as a true picture of missed calls. For example, when a customer service representative answers a call, it shows as a missed call for all ...

Dialpad is not a good tool.

What do you like best? I like that I don't have to use my cellphone for my job. Dialpad is a decent alternative. What do you dislike? Calls drop, it spazzes out all the time, it's slow, it makes it very hard to hear. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like the texting feature.

Dialpad keeps our team & customers connected

What do you like best? The best part is we can stay connected from anywhere: phones, tablets, computers, web. Dialpad is always accessible where traditional phone systems aren't. It's also great that we can text customers right from the app. What do you dislike? My only dislike is that HD calls (vai the app) don't ring through to Apple Watch. So if your phone is on silent or not around, you'll miss every call. It's a minor thing, but huge when it comes to making sure every call gets ...

Great Platform with some of the best customer service

What do you like best? The call quality is great no matter what location you are at, the management portal is intuitive and is easy to pick up and I was able to completely configure a new phone tree within minutes, whereas with other systems it can take hours. What do you dislike? The only downside is that the admin portal applies changes instantly instead of asking you to apply your changes. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a great platform that's easy ...
