Customer friendly!
What do you like best? My favorite aspect is how easy it is to use. The interface of both the web tool and the iOS mobile app are incredibly customer centric in that they require no explanation and search for what you need to accomplish. What do you dislike? Next to nothing! We use Dialpad for a lot of international calling and the functionality with regards to that has improved vastly throughout my experience with Dialpad over the last two years. What problems are you solving ...

Best Voip service and software
What do you like best? Dialpad's multiplatform app is easy to navigate for users with VoIP app experience and new users adapt quickly. Calling reliability has been fantastic in multiple different office and WFH environments. The admin console settings page make updating changes a breeze. What do you dislike? The mobile app could have a cleaner interface for information at a glance. Being a member of multiple departments means tapping multiple times to view important information. ...

User-friendly, accessible, and reliable product!
What do you like best? I love that I can take calls from my computer or my phone. I can separate my business and personal life via the Dial pad app. It is also super convenient to take calls from my computer. What do you dislike? Sometimes the app on my computer doesn't quite sync with my mic, but then I just use my phone. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have a company of 50+, this is a must have! What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Changing my day to day
What do you like best? I like the accessibility I have talking to the people I work with day to day. The system will easily disconnect or drop calls, which can be incredibly frustrating mid conversation. This is the part of the system that slows the day and makes for more errors. Recommendations to others considering the ...

What I dislike is service can be somewhat unreliable when you have a very large office. Calls can drop ...

Excellent Product, Very Few Issues
What do you like best? Switching calls seamlessly between device (iphone on carrier, HD internet calls on iPad/laptop). The ability to see departments and people's statuses'. The Call Center feature looks amazing, listen in, barge etc features on a futuristic scale with action items (or whatever they're renamed to now), checklists for example on sales calls, and is overall useful but too expensive. What do you dislike? The iOS App has been missing a few features such as the ability ...

Teacher for Dialpad
What do you like best? I love that Dialpad allows me to easily reach people I need. The interface is simple. What do you dislike?
