User Review

What do you like best? I like the transcription feature A LOT - really lets me concentrate on being in the "Now" in the conversation as I know the transcript after the call, especially the "key moments" feature where buzz words pop up in the transcript, will be there to help organize my follow up. What do you dislike? I have to click twice on a phone number after integrated into my Outreach app to make the call. Make it one click. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Works but is kind of annoying

What do you like best? I can still send text messages. The other call software we use, Aircall doesn't allow texting. What do you dislike? The app is annoying in small ways like it won't let you clear your history so you have to look at all the random spam numbers. It sometimes won't let go of the notification even though I've looked at everything so that obnoxious notification on the icon stays there until I just close it for a few days. What problems are you solving with the ...

Great Software - If You Pay

What do you like best? I have the free version of Dialpad. I like the convenience of calls and conferencing from my computer. The conferencing features are excellent for short-term meetings. What do you dislike? I don't like that meetings are capped at 45 minutes if you don't pay for the upgraded software. I don't like that meeting transcripts aren't available to me either. Those are features I definitely would like! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Great modern voip service provider

What do you like best? The user and admin UI are both very elegant and easy to work with. I like the baked in integrations with common applications like G Suite, ZenDesk and HubSpot a lot. SMS/MMS and contact management is well done and the newish AI feature is very cool. It transcribes calls and then you can report on them to search for keywords and report on sentiment, etc. What do you dislike? The only deficit that concerns me is probably solvable, but if you use multiple devices ...

Minimal chat program

What do you like best? It's good for contacting people outside the company but for internal use it lacks to other platforms. What do you dislike? No file transfer capabilities. Painful to try and find old conversations as well, it is there but much harder than other platforms Recommendations to others considering the product: You need to have file sharing capabilities not just load images and be able to handle large files submission. What problems are you solving with the ...
