Very convienient
What do you like best? It is very nice to not be tied to my desk for work calls, and still have that option if necessary. I love the intuitive user interface, everything is neatly laid out. The integrations with other online services are wonderful as well. What do you dislike? I wish there was an intercom or paging feature. It would be a lot easier for quick internal messages, and make things like meetings and events more convenient. I also wish could have notes on the ...

Easy and Straight forward for clear calls in the 'cloud'
What do you like best? App functions like a second phone on your phone and computer. Calls are clear and I have never experienced any dropping. Love that I can text through the app and keep work and personal messages separate. What do you dislike? Some strange interactions with activating on the phone when your headset is plugged into the computer. This has cause confusion since I can't hear through my headset since the call connected on my phone. The fix is to hang up, turn off the ...

SO FAR SO GOOD
What do you like best? I like the transcription feature and how easy it is to transfer calls. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's difficult to tell when the phone is ringing because the small box it pops up in and the time frame in which it can be answered (could be my settings). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allowed our company to not have to use 8x8 products anymore. This is a benefit.

What do you like best? My favorite feature is the ability to send and receive text messages and having my voicemail transcribed for me. What do you dislike? The almost weekly software updates needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dialpad Talk helps me take calls and messages from any where in the world for no additional cost as long as I have Internet connection on my laptop or on my smartphone app. It makes it easy to keep ...

Great after set up
What do you like best? I like the chat and phone support. The representatives are quick to answer and generally can get the issue resolved without much trouble. I also like that I can see which other dialpad users are available and the tie to my gmail. What do you dislike? I dislike the phone porting process. It took us over a month to be ported and get answers. We had to continually follow up with Dialpad or nothing was done to resolve. What problems are you solving with the ...

What do you like best? The text feature is great. Makes it easy to connect with my constantly moving customers. What do you dislike? Sometimes, when I try to text photos, they don't go through. That's really it though. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take a tutorial and make the most out of all of the features What problems are you solving with the product? Amazing telephone service for small businesses
What do you like best? My favorite feature from Dialpad is that we can text message our clients. My second favorite feature is the phone app - especially that it lets you know when calls are coming in through the app with the actual phone number. What do you dislike? We have been using Dialpad for 3 years and there is nothing I don't like about it. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend that you try Dialpad for all of your business telephone needs. ...

100% Remote Based Team
What do you like best? Dialpad is intuitive with a very little to no learning curve. Our team was ableto make the transition very quickly with little training. The adoption rate was extremely high. We were instantly more available to our clients. We could transfer calls seamlessly without being in the same office or expensive software. What do you dislike? The only features we would like to improve our voicemail routing. For example, if you ring a person line - and they are routed ...
