Best decision for my business

What do you like best? Well, it is very flexible and I can use it on my smartphone and on my working Lap top. Al my associates are spread around the world and we all are using DIAL pad and it feels like we are the same office. We are making hundreds of calls daily and it is great. What do you dislike? Such a convient app!!

What do you like best? I love the ease of using this program. I can call/text numbers, save them, and have the history right there for me to come back to! The recording feature is also awesome! What do you like best? I love the ability to place customers on hold and transfer calls. It allows us to functions so much better as a business. What do you dislike? There's not many negative things to say. I have the occasional dropped call, but I believe it's usually on the customer's end. What do you like best? Clean layout, easy to use and navigate the system What do you dislike? Call quality is poor and I often have difficulty getting international calls to go through What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like that I have VoIP on my computer or mobile device, without a requirement to have a physical phone. What do you dislike? The software doesn't always get the best or clearest connection. But to be fair, that can be because of my own high speed internet or other glitches, unrelated to DialPad. Solid land line alternative

What do you like best? I like the ability that I can have my office phone anywhere I have a connection to the internet. I also like the ability to add new lines easily and seamlessly. I also like the option to customize the message. What do you dislike? The transcripts are a nice feature and I do like to have them sent to my email but I find that the translations are not that accurate and I typically will need to go listen the actual voicemail message for accuracy. Very functional and stable

What do you like best? Very simple and easy handled app. Impressive the fact you can call anywhere with a very stable connection, just like a phone call. What do you dislike? Sometimes the call is no completed and you need to call it 2 or 3 times to actually get the tone. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No need to use company's phone or credits, using on the laptop (unlike whatsapp call)

What do you like best? Honestly, it's working extremely well on macbook. Never had any issue calling in any country, USA, France, Tunisia, UAE, Japan, Australia .. What do you dislike?
