User Friendly

What do you like best? I enjoy how user friendly the tool is. I can make and transfer calls seamlessly throughout my work day. What do you dislike? The desktop app will sometimes freeze or shut down unexpectedly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Support issues is what I am using Dialpad for and I enjoy the benefit of having the call history and voice to text summary.

The SF integration is useful. being able to use the dialer from either the app or the Salesforce Lightining window keeps my calling habits streamlined & adaptable What do you dislike? Sometimes I like it sometimes I don’t

What do you like best? It’s is a great way to reach out to students and volunteers without having to use my personal number. What do you dislike? It could be easier to navigate. I also don’t really like bouncing back and forth between Dialpad and my personal phone. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/a What problems are you solving with the product? A Very handy tool

What do you like best? I like how I was able to setup an office number, and with the app installed on my phone, it would ring my phone and with that, I don't have to give out my personal number. Better than any other dialer I've used so far

What do you like best? Dialpad doesn't drop calls like a lot of other dialers. It looks just like my Iphone's layout, so I know how to use the buttons/how to end calls. I think that the names on the side, and the caller ID in general, is great. What do you dislike? Sometimes when our whole office is using it, it becomes a little difficult to hear the person on the other end, but you can fix it by just quitting the application on the computer and reopening it. What do you like best? Dialpad really helps me communicate with costumers, my boss and even family. Easy to Use!

What do you like best? Easy to make calls and send texts to clients What do you dislike? Sometimes it does't connect properly to Salesforce, so our call notes don't save. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I really like the text option. Lots of customers prefer to respond via text then call.

What do you like best? It's very easy to use. I like being able to edit contact names. Always works, little to no down time. What do you dislike? I honestly don't have anything bad to say about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's easier to be in contact with customers, including customers on the go (ie texting)
