Flexible, Scalable and Super Easy to Use!!
What do you like best? I like how flexible the product is to use and to configure. When you are in need of support you can speak to a representative depending on your software level but MOST importantly you can answer practically all your questions in their FAQ's you are also able to submit a ticket and this is usally answered rather quickly. What do you like best? Dialpad is easy to use. Efficient. Effective. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike. The product works well for our use case. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to use my personal phone to speak with clients. Helps me maintain boundaries.

Extreme Productivity and Work Life Balance
What do you like best? The ability to isolate my number, which allows me to streamline communication with my clients while also maintaining a work-life balance. What do you dislike? I don't like that there isn't a direct emoji board integration What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm overachieving goals because of my ability to organize how I communicate with my clients.

Great and innovative product for our company
What do you like best? I love the voicemail forwarding features, the out of office voicemail customization and being able to read voicemails when they are received. What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike about dialpad. Sometimes the call quality can be scratchy but 99.9% of the time we can use it without any problems. What problems are you solving with the product? This one is the Best VOIP system
What do you like best? This is the best voip system/ software out there. I am so happy that I do not have to give out my personal cell phone number for business anymore. I can call my colleagues over the dialpad and get connected to them whenever I need. I can use dialpad app on my iphone to connect when I am away from my desk. Good tool for making calls
What do you like best? It is really easy to keep the track of the calls, enter the numbers and the calls are very good quality What do you dislike? I had two accesses on the screen, so always had to remove one or have to enter day after day, somehow logged me off What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it is cheap and easy to work with

User Friendly
What do you like best? Dialpad Talk is super user friendly and it allows to complete my work day with ease. What do you dislike? The application randomly shuts down or does not let me accept calls. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automotive website support & having the transcript with voice to text is very beneficial.

Works Well for lots of clients
What do you like best? Easy to be able to tell who is on and when to expect a call What do you dislike? People are able to manipulate their place in line Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you are trained up and utilize all the features that DialPad has to offer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to quickly talk through issues with clients and am able to call on teammates easily if needed
