Great office phone system
What do you like best? Messaging features, voicemail transcripts, the mobile app works very well, it's easy to create/buy office line phone numbers. What do you dislike? Not much I don't like - maybe their UI could be updated a bit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dialpad integrates well with Salesforce, which saves a lot of logging/recording time. Dialpad is a great instant messaging / texting system that we use frequently ...

Easy Professional Communication
What do you like best? Dialpad allows me to have work-related calls or texts on my personal cell phone, without the two mixing. Two purposes but one phone. It makes my life more efficient. Also, there is a delay sometimes in answering a call or dialing a call from the app. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Easy to use, phone and text
What do you like best? Hi like the fact that Dialpad does calling, texting, and all from desktop (mobile too, but I prefer desktop) What do you dislike? The pulldown bar to choose either calling or texting is not necessarily intuitive. And editing/naming the contact took me a beat or two to figure out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Work phone that is separate from my personal phone/gmail
