Fairly good, but a few issues with functionality

What do you like best? Dialpad is pretty easy to use. Being able to use the app on a cell phone saves the company a lot of money from having to buy a "company phone." The UI is intuitive and adding people is a fairly clean process. What do you dislike? The settings can be hard to navigate. We consistently have problems with the phones ringing and calls going straight to voicemail. The fix is that we uninstall and redownload the app. It fixes it, but it is becoming a hassle. You ...

Very well done app. We use dialpad internally with our company and externally customer service

What do you like best? Has everything I need in one program/App. Very useful when leaving my desk or on a work trip. Took our company while to get use to the switch application between laptop, home phone and desk phone but end result is what counts and it works perfectly. What do you dislike? Desktop App connecting to a blue tooth headset. When dialing a number using the desktop app it doesn't connect directly to our desk phone but connects to the blue tooth headset with out ...

The Perfect Solution for Any Small Business

What do you like best? I've been a Dialpad user before it was Dialpad, back when it was known as Swtich. From the time I first signed up, until now, a period of several years, Dialpad has proven to be among the most reliable services in my small business toolkit. I can answer calls from my computer or the Dialpad app on my iPhone, effectively rendering my phone two phones in one. Most all calls are crystal clear and the voice transcriptions are spot on. GSuite integration is the icing on ...

Great Product, Easy to Navigate!

What do you like best? I enjoy the ease of using Dialpad! It's very intuitive and doesn't take long to learn. For anyone who's moderately tech-savvy, learning Dialpad should be a breeze. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are issues with connection, even when I've confirmed that the internet connection is strong in the office. For example, a client will be unable to hear me clearly and every other work will cut out. This issue only happens occasionally. What problems are you ...

Pretty Good

What do you like best? The sound clarity. Works really good with Plantronics & Sennheiser headsets. Also has AI capability & recording. What do you dislike? Once in a while when you leave your system in sleep mode & comeback to call. There is a voice disruption & choppy voice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instant AI script. Call recording, also the cost is reasonable. We use it for sales, CS & onboarding calls.

Great Service - Would Recommend

What do you like best? Anonymity for employees and the executives, easy of tracking calls, and some names and numbers are prepopulated. Also love the ease in which to get a new phone number. What do you dislike? At times goes thru the computer and not the headset. At times, because of the set up of our work pod, we are not able to connect to the internet. The lack of internet connection causes DailPad not to work. We do not currently have land lines and heavily depend on DialPad ...
