DialPad is a great calling app
What do you like best? The live transcription of the call is a fantastic tool, it allows me to focus on the call and not have to take notes, or have to go back to the call and manually transcribe the recording--and dialpad's analysis is usually spot-on. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything that I dislike. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would definitely recommend Dialpad Talk, it's easy to deploy and implement and add new phone numbers. ...

Happy Customer!
What do you like best? I like how Dialpad integrates with the various software tools I use on a daily basis - Salesforce integration makes it easy to call candidates in our database with one click. What do you dislike? I need to update it a few times a week to ensure that it functions properly with salesforce integration Recommendations to others considering the product: Get ready to make calling fun again What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Easy, inexpensive and problem solving
What do you like best? It's a phone system that actually works. I've used Verizon's VOIP system and it just didn't work most of the time. Also, they offer really scalable solutions so growing is easy with Dialpad. I love it. What do you dislike? I have to click on "1" every time I answer a call from Dialpad. There doesn't seem to be a way to take that off. Sometimes I don't have my phone around me and answer on my Apple Watch or AirPods, but I can't answer Dialpad calls without ...

Easy to Use and Easy to Learn!
What do you like best? I love the fact that you can use voicemail drop to move through calls faster. Also transferring calls is super easy. I love being able to track my daily activity. Talk time numbers are also good to see and shows the quality of conversations I am having. What do you dislike? Not a lot to complain about, sometimes the call quality messes up for a split second but usually its fine. I am not a fan of the integration with sales force and the outreach integration ...

Dialpad I my most reliable and cost efficient resource for phone calls
What do you like best? Some of the cool and efficient aspects of Dialpad would be: 1) It's a reliable and efficient resource 2) I could use it on my computer or i my phone 3) I could integrate my personal contacts details 4) Cost Efficient What do you dislike? The only opportunity area I find on the tool are how to use the international phone codes. There are times where, even if I have the international codes, I cannot call to the other party. Recommendations to ...

Intuitive, Seamless, Integrated; What's not to love?
What do you like best? My favorite part of Dialpad is how simply it integrates into all the other programs my company uses to get their work done. We primarily use integration for Slack and Hubspot, and it seems like the integrations that are utilized get a focus on solid compatibility and stability. What do you dislike? The analytics tools could do with a little more customization. Sometimes it's hard to tell whether the reports are accurate when looking at a user in multiple ...

Great Features
What do you like best? Interactive features are being updated constantly - which is a plus. Here's the best thing: when I do encounter an issue and send an email to support, I get a response. 90% of the time it's with an answer regarding the reported issue. When I've had more serious issues, it was escalated to an engineer who was in contact with me the very next morning. What do you dislike? Wish there were options to access the account settings within the Chrome app rather than ...

Dialpad has been great.
What do you like best? I like the fact that my dialpad app is always on on my phone. I can have conversations just as easily from my laptop or phone. I really like the voice transcript, the ability to send and receive SMS messages at the number, and the integrated phone book. It's been no problem managing our users, and while I don't use them much, the analytics are nice to have as well. Dialpad calls can also be integrated into CRM which is great. What do you dislike? At ...

Excellent VoIP platform with basic features
What do you like best? It's simple to use and sign into. Its reliability has been excellent so far. The web interface has a pretty GUI. Dialpad support is quite responsive. What do you dislike? Admin management of end users and departments is missing a lot of features from traditional PBXs such as class of service and templates for copying settings. There are also some basic settings that just aren't available to admins such as reassigning offices and licenses to end users. ...
