It has allowed me to keep in contact with our costumers and include my colleagues in the call.
What do you like best? That I can include interns in calls and mute them so they can listen to how calls are done. It is very helpful as I am able to include them in calls with clients and they are able to see the many different ways a conversation can go and how to best carry it depending on the different situations that may arise. And vice versa I am able to listen to their calls and see how they are doing and then give them feedback based on what I heard. What do you dislike? ...

Work Phone on the go
What do you like best? I like that the voicemails are transcribed to text so I can quickly figure out what someone needs and get it done. What do you dislike? The half a sec lag sometimes. Makes for awkward silence What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I foster relationships in the towing and roadside industry, so it is nice to be able to receive text , pics and whatnot and be able to make quick decisions on the go

Working remotely is very smooth
What do you like best? The quality of sound is excellent (so long as my Internet connection is good). But also I absolutely love the fact that I can have someone in a different country calling and our local area code shows up. This is really fantastic. We had an English worker in Mexico that made survey calls for us in the US and it was incredibly smooth. What do you dislike? Helps You Keep Work at Work
What do you like best? Setting work hours to keep work at work and protect my time at home What do you dislike? The learning curve on the fly was steep. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just dive in. We did a slow roll-out and it added confusion What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to work from home more easily. I can manage and screen my supervisor's voicemail and calls.

Dialpad doesnt work very well in LATAM
What do you like best? The Dialpad APP on Iphone is awesome! easy to use, great features. The whole concept of dialpad is great!! Proven concept with my team in the US What do you dislike? Zendeskやsalesforce等とインテグレーションが可能で、社内のメンバーとの情報共有に役立っている。 また、IVRをWEB上から簡単に設定でき、機器を購入する必要が無い事。 モバイルネットワークやWi-Fiの環境が悪い場合に、キャリアコールの機能で通話を使用出来る事。 What do you dislike? dialpad通話に文字のメモを残す機能が存在しない事。録音は出来るが、メモが出来ないと他のメンバーに情報を気軽に共有できない。 個人の電話帳とカンパニーの電話帳が分かれているので、検索した際に表示が分かりにくい。 直近の通話の履歴には曜日が表示されるが日にち表示に切り替えする事が出来ない。 通話履歴一覧に着信した時間が表示されていない。 アプリでキャリアコールを使用した際に、IOSで着信ID機能に対応していないので、端末の電話帳に登録された人以外からの着信は誰からか分からない。 Recommendations to others considering ...

Solid hosted VoiP service
What do you like best? Completely replaced need to have a desk phone. We are able to use our mobiles and softphones for everything. Transcription and texting are the two best features for us. What do you dislike? Frequent updates to address bugs. Service is generally reliable but do see occasional bugginess relative to the old on prem solution. What do you like best? The ability to switch devices and maintain all of the same information is very useful. It is very easy to forward and record calls, and it is nice that when calling someone within your organization that you will be able to pull up the contact just by typing in the name (even when you have not called/saved that contact previously. Very user friendly - great product
What do you like best? I like the user interface that Dialpad has created. It is very easy to make calls and also to track the calls that you've made. I prefer Dialpad to our system at Yelp - MiTel - which has issues on a daily basis. I never had any technical issues with Dialpad while using it for for 30 days. What do you dislike? Calls seem to take a little too much time to connect. If you could reduce the time between when a call is placed and connected, I think you would have a ...

What do you like best? I like that DialPad can be used across many devices and as a browser webpage. What do you dislike? I dislike that sometimes the DialPad network gets a bit mixed up. Sometimes I have calls that will not go through or that when someone calls me, my device doesn't ring, even though I have it open and am sitting looking right at it.
