Dialpad- Simple, Powerful Voip Solution for Insurance Agency

What do you like best? I love how simple Dialpad integrates with gsuite and has so many features to make staying in front of our clients a breeze. I own an insurance agency and my agents love the ability to switch between their cell phone and computer with a seamless click. Other phone systems will forward the number and then you have to wait for it to ring, but with dial-pad you just click "switch call to this device" and it is immediate. I also love that all my dial-pad contacts ...

Phenomenal Product

What do you like best? We used to use different dailer services but some of the no-brainer reasons why we switched to Dailpad was because of the beautiful cross-integration between the computer and your smartphone. I have over 30 different numbers integrated into one device! And if I am talking through the computer but want to go for a walk while still on the call I can switch the call directly to my phone without any interruption to the call or my Bluetooth. I mean I can list off ...

Great Small Business Phone Solution

What do you like best? intuitive interface across all platforms and devices with simple, straightforward billing that includes unlimited calling What do you dislike? disappointed that they recently released their Zapier integration but it's only available to the Pro subscription level which requires at least 3 licenses - doesn't make sense for me as a solopreneur Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try - found it to be much more user friendly than ...

DialPAd Increases Connectivity Across a Multi Location Organization.

What do you like best? The ability to reach anyone of our staff members without being routed to various offices. Also the ability to text our clients to increase contact. I also appreciate the ability to be able to utilize multiple platforms via laptop, tablet or even my cell phone to make contact with my clients. The format and layout of DialPad is very user friendly even for those who are less tech savvy. We have a lot of fun with updating our status with quirky lines each day. I enjoy ...

DialPad is a great calling app

What do you like best? The live transcription of the call is a fantastic tool, it allows me to focus on the call and not have to take notes, or have to go back to the call and manually transcribe the recording--and dialpad's analysis is usually spot-on. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything that I dislike. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would definitely recommend Dialpad Talk, it's easy to deploy and implement and add new phone numbers. ...

Excellent VoIP platform with basic features

What do you like best? It's simple to use and sign into. Its reliability has been excellent so far. The web interface has a pretty GUI. Dialpad support is quite responsive. What do you dislike? Admin management of end users and departments is missing a lot of features from traditional PBXs such as class of service and templates for copying settings. There are also some basic settings that just aren't available to admins such as reassigning offices and licenses to end users. ...

Dialpad has been great.

What do you like best? I like the fact that my dialpad app is always on on my phone. I can have conversations just as easily from my laptop or phone. I really like the voice transcript, the ability to send and receive SMS messages at the number, and the integrated phone book. It's been no problem managing our users, and while I don't use them much, the analytics are nice to have as well. Dialpad calls can also be integrated into CRM which is great. What do you dislike? At ...
