Love the access but the functionality could be better

What do you like best? The application and the software. They works pretty well. What do you dislike? I don't like not having asking to customer service. I also don't like the ability to change my hours per number or the call forwarding. Alot different from my experience with my prior service. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Text functions and tracking work great.

Dialpad is Great! But the Hubspot Integration does need some work.

What do you like best? Texting and calling is auto-linked to hubspot it is really great there is so much when I come to dial pad that I have enjoyed. The texting and calling feature is very helpful to be able to read and listen to data on calls. I have really enjoyed the VI data aspect as well. Dialpad- Simple, Powerful Voip Solution for Insurance Agency

What do you like best? I love how simple Dialpad integrates with gsuite and has so many features to make staying in front of our clients a breeze. I own an insurance agency and my agents love the ability to switch between their cell phone and computer with a seamless click. Other phone systems will forward the number and then you have to wait for it to ring, but with dial-pad you just click "switch call to this device" and it is immediate. Phenomenal Product

What do you like best? We used to use different dailer services but some of the no-brainer reasons why we switched to Dailpad was because of the beautiful cross-integration between the computer and your smartphone. I have over 30 different numbers integrated into one device! And if I am talking through the computer but want to go for a walk while still on the call I can switch the call directly to my phone without any interruption to the call or my Bluetooth. What do you like best? The ability to reach anyone of our staff members without being routed to various offices. Also the ability to text our clients to increase contact. What do you like best? The versatility and ease of use. The flexibility to switch from your computer to the mobile app is fantastic. What do you dislike? If you are in a place where you have a good connection and do not intend to transition from WiFi to Cellular often I would gladly suggest you use the product.
