Great Communication Method For Teachers
What do you like best? It is convenient, maintains teacher privacy, and even gives you a heads up as to who is calling ahead of the call. During Remote Learning, Dialpad has made teacher/student communication extremely easy. Since it can be pulled up on the laptop as well, it makes grade screenshots and other things easy to do as well. What do you dislike? Sometimes the call can have static for a few seconds. It also prompts verification randomly. Both of these are minor ...

Efficiency & Privacy
What do you like best? I can simultaneously use Dialpad on my phone and on my computer. This means I can text one parent while I am on the phone with a student. When I use Dialpad on my phone and begin a text to draft it but do not send, it disappears if I click on another contact. Recommendations to others considering the product: If ...

Awesome Remote Calling App!
What do you like best? I love how versatile and easy to use DialPad is. I can pick up a call from my computer and transfer it to my phone with just one click. I also love how I can copy and paste phone numbers and re-call with ease. What do you dislike? There are times that I call out a number and the app tells me it is unable to dial out. Whereas I dial 4-5 more times and it pulls the call through fine. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend to try ...

Too many licenses required to receive full features
What do you like best? I like the features of Dialpad, however, to take advantage of all of them requires multiple licenses that I won't use and will cost my agency hundreds of dollars per month. What do you dislike? I believe the costs of their licenses in order to include all the available features is expensive. I've found better software that is more fully automated that includes all of the features of Dialpad but costs a lot less and doesn't require multiple licenses to have ...
