Great Small Business Solution
What do you like best? Easy to set up and for new employees to use. Doesn't require a lot of special training. What do you dislike? Not all things can be customized by the user and sometimes it takes a couple attempts for support to get it right. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Love that I can delegate my calls to an Executive Assistant.

Does the job without issues
What do you like best? Call quality is clear. No downtime so far, which was a big issue with our previous system. Easy to use and intuitive. Settings are easy to change as needed. I can set up multiple outgoing messages and switch between them easily. Choice of speaker, ringtone, hold music, etc is very nice. Very full featured. Dialpad Review
What do you like best? I like that diaplad allows us to transfer to departments that are not in our building. It is also helpful that we are now able to securely text clients and vice versa to share information and to get a hold of them. Another thing I have found helpful is the vi technology. Our voicemails are transcribed and emailed directly to us which makes it easy to keep track of, even if we are not in the office. I like that we only have 1 phone number as opposed to having a ...

Great virtual phone system
What do you like best? Dialpad is super easy to use. We use dialpad for our entire virtual team. Its easy to set up and go. What do you dislike? Billing practices. Dialpad was overcharging us for months and we did not know it. If you remove an extension, they still bill you after the extension was removed unless you contact customer support. Easy, way to call client's quickly or send a text if they don't answer
What do you like best? The texting feature is the best. If a coworker or a client doesn't answer and you need to get a hold of them, you can just send a quick text so they know it's urgent to call you back. What do you dislike? DialPad is the real thing
What do you like best? Dialpad is a great asset to our business. We are able to connect with our clients anywhere. It's so easy to use. What do you dislike? I can't think of one thing that I dislike about Dialpad Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the leap, it's a step in the right direction. What do you like best? I can simultaneously use Dialpad on my phone and on my computer. This means I can text one parent while I am on the phone with a student. Easy to Use Phone System!
What do you like best? Dialpad Talk interface is super easy to navigate through and setup or make changes. I like that it offers alot of features and functionalities to customizable to accommodate our business setup. What do you dislike? Dialpad Talk lacks notification abilities. Great Communication Method For Teachers
What do you like best? It is convenient, maintains teacher privacy, and even gives you a heads up as to who is calling ahead of the call. During Remote Learning, Dialpad has made teacher/student communication extremely easy. Since it can be pulled up on the laptop as well, it makes grade screenshots and other things easy to do as well.
