What do you like best? Clear connections,, being able to send or receive text messages What do you dislike? Date/time stamp should be on each message Recommendations to others considering the product: This is an excellent platform. You will not be disappointed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dialpad makes it much easier to contact and respond to job applicants. I spend less time searching for call numbers.

Super convenient to use

What do you like best? Dialpad Talk is so easy to install and use to make a call. My company used for long time and we've never had any issue with it. What do you like best? I love that Dialpad Talk can be used anywhere that I travel. The sound quality is awesome! What do you dislike? I do not have any negative feedback at this time. Excellent interoffice communication tool

What do you like best? That you can send a note or talk to an individual or a group. What do you dislike? I have found nothing that I would describe as a detriment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Inter-office communications have never been easier. Being able to forward all communications to your cell is a wonderful attribute if you are out of the office and someone needs to get in touch with you urgently.

A great solution for our problems.

What do you like best? We transitioned to dialpad a few months before covid, and thank goodness we did! The ability to easily transition to working at home prevented a major headache. Employees are able to safely work from phone and didn't lose any of our ability to communicate with out customers. What do you dislike? Dialpad Talk benefits our company

What do you like best? Before Dialpad Talk, we used conventional phone service provided by Comcast Cable. After moving to Dialpad Talk, we found a much more technically advanced solution that provided much valued additional features at a reduced price. What do you like best? I've been using Dialpad for several years. I own a small business of myself and occasionally 1 to 2 other staff members. Prior to Dialpad I had tried several other VOIP solutions. They were all too complicated or worked only with very specific hardware. I've really enjoyed the call recording function.
