Small bugs expected, but support team is quick & efficient

What do you like best? Integration into our infrastructure and microsoft What do you dislike? Consistent small bugs/issues/glitches/slowdowns but typically not "real isues". Stupid issues that something like exiting and re-opening the app helps or maybe it's just "a bad day" in the dialpad network. Love Dialpad. Probably the easiest phone conversation software that I've used.

What do you like best? It's easy to record calls to review later on. Never had any connectivity issues with anyone I'm talking to. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike on Dialpad to be honest. It's very easy to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm easily able to chat with anyone I schedule demos with or with following-up with current clients.

Dialpad support is awesome

What do you like best? I like that Dialpad provides me with a direct line along with a pool line for our incoming customer calls What do you dislike? I dislike the most recent update because it seems to be damaging the desktop app Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep up the awesome support! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dialpad support is there when we need them and quick to answer questions

Love this software for our business VOIP services!

What do you like best? I love the HubSpot integration and the easily searchable history/notes. What do you dislike? Every once in a while it will glitch, but it is usually resolved quickly. Recommendations to others considering the product: They are quick to help when you need it. They will investigate your issues thoroughly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No current problems. Their support team is quick to help.

What do you like best? It is easy to use when it is working. You can text or call from your computer making things work faster. What do you dislike? It is always down and has a lot of glitches.
