What do you like best about Dext Prepare? time saving data extraction. Lets us focus on the more demanding side of accounting. Looking forward to bank statement extraction coming soon, along with sales invoice extraction. What do you dislike about Dext Prepare? sometimes we have longer waiting times for the pieces to be extracted. this can be reduced by filing them in the morning when there is less traffic. What do you like best about Dext Prepare? As early adaptors of RB, it has changed the dynamic of the department and also the clients view on providing data. Its allowing us as the accountants to spend more time at the top end and for the client to share data at ease. What do you dislike about Dext Prepare? "Love the ease of use"

What do you like best about Dext Prepare? Receipt Bank is my favorite tool to use with clients! I love how easy it is to use (especially from the client perspective). I love having the documentation available come tax time. I love not having to bug my clients for information as often..since I have the source document, I pretty much know where it belongs. Ease of use, quality of data extraction, ability to set up rules to aid publishing, ease of putting together expense reports, how quickly I can get clients up and running What do you dislike about Dext Prepare? does not work with Purchase Orders :( I have a very big client who uses purchase orders in Xero, we flow everything through receipt bank, but I am having to download the RB captured image and process the PO into an invoice in Xero then attach ...
