"devContact presents real-time solutions to deal with incidents"
What do you like best about devContact? The ease of use and customization of this software is amazing. It is a very useful tool that facilitates our work through incident management. This software provides a chat module, so that the client can respond in real time. Another feature that I like about this software is its analysis section that allows us to keep track of the incidents that have been resolved, the pending incidents and those that are open, in order to measure our effectiveness.

What do you like best about devContact? devContact has everything we need without being very complicated, its way of using is easy and simple. They always improve their quality, it is very modern and we like the way of managing conversations with our clients. It is an ideal application to give solutions to problems, generating a precise database including all the important information of each person.
