"Exactly what we needed"

What do you like best about deskbird? Staff all very helpful for onboarding and training. Platfrom is very easy to use. Always able to get to speak to someone if any issues, no need so far. What do you dislike about deskbird? I dont see any downside to DeskBird. Everything is working well. What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you? We dont have enough desks and needed some kind of booking system, that didnt take up anyone elses time.

The customer support is excellent and fast to respond. Variety of app platforms (web Team and smartphone) and well laid out user interface make it easy for employees to access and use. Admin access is very comprehensive. Competitive pricing.
