"Excellent for visualizing your CMDB and Business Services"

What do you like best about Designer? I like the ability to visualize the current state of our CMDB or Business Service, and then use that to plan out changes. By having the up to date information presented if there is a change that you are unaware of it will show up in your new design plans and not catch you unaware. What do you like best about Designer? It's natively build on the ServiceNow platform, it uses ServiceNow tables and it is able to connect to all items within ServiceNow. This makes it very powerful. Most other diagram tools on the market are standalone, you draw your diagram once and there it is. there is no way of keeping it updated in an automated way, which is very well possible with the Designer.
