What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? MarcoPoint is always willing to work with us on whatever we may come up with! It was very easy to intergrate with them even during the transition to a newly developed TMS. Alicia our Customer Success Manager is always willing to work with us and keeps us in the loop on all new developments.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? I love the map and how detailed we can get with a shipment. Coordinates are a huge plus, especially if we have a driver that is broken down and unsure of where he is. The option to pick times is perfect, I can update every 15 minutes if it's hot, or 2 hours if it's a longer haul.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? I love how I can enter multiple customer emails so they receive direct updates on where there freight is located. It's very easy to use and has a great map feature. We use it for every load moving over 150 miles.

What I like the most about this application is that I can have access to the gps location I need, showing me in real time where it is and it can also show me the history of the places where the gps signal has been.
