What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? I love the map and how detailed we can get with a shipment. Coordinates are a huge plus, especially if we have a driver that is broken down and unsure of where he is. The option to pick times is perfect, I can update every 15 minutes if it's hot, or 2 hours if it's a longer haul.

It was very easy to intergrate with them even during the transition to a newly developed TMS. What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? MacroPoint is an excellent tool for digital tracking, offering integration options as well as an app based method. The user interface of their application and related sites are easy to understand, and aid in additional record keeping.Their customer service team is knowledgeable, reponsive, and determined to help. We use their service regularly.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? Easy to get orders populated through EDI. Tracking times and Driver Info are easy to adjust. It also seems to be easy for Drivers to use, because they all prefer to use MacroPoint over other popular tracking apps. I use this program to track over 100 loads a day as a freight broker, and it saves a lot of time and stress. It helps catch drivers when they are behind and provides an extra level of security to my customer's freight.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? Descartes is very easy to use. it's not complicated to setup tracking and drivers shouldn't have issues accepting tracking if they follow the instructions.
