"Solid Scheduling Software"

What do you like best? I like the drag and drop software for scheduling. What do you dislike? I dislike that in order to provide a timeclock, you need a new Apple product. We prefer not to leave an expensive product out in the open. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to integrate our time clock and payroll services.
