"Overall works well"

What do you like best? I like that I can get everything I need to know/do for work in one place. (Clock in, clock out, see announcements, schedule off) What do you dislike? It was difficult to figure out how to work initially. Recommendations to others considering the product: I say try it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving miscommunication issues and organizational issues, it’s all in one place.

What do you like best about Deputy? I like that oir employees can download the app and keep track of their schedules, time off requests, etc. The time card export. What do you dislike about Deputy? Not very customizable. The settings can be very confusing to set up. Customer service chat is usually pretty frustrating - nobody seems to ever know what I need help with. What problems is Deputy solving and how is that benefiting you? Time in clock. Time off requests.

"East way to keep track of your work schedule."

What do you like best about Deputy? Deputy is timesheet database that helps you keep track of your schedule and those who you are working for during the work week. What do you dislike about Deputy? Although I know my schedule it doesn’t track my actual hours if I happen to work surpass my schedule. What problems is Deputy solving and how is that benefiting you? Takes the hassle out of accumulating paper timesheets. Weaves out data errors because info is already documented in hours

"Deputy saves me time and is so easy to use!"

What do you like best about Deputy? As an Ops Mgr who runs payroll, I use Deputy to review and export timesheet data to our Gusto payroll system. The Deputy platform is very intuitive and easy to use. The best part is really the Deputy team who have provided incredible product knowledge and support while we set up a Gusto/Deputy integration and managed some complicated reports. Great software. Great program to track employee times. Great for small businesses. Strongly recommended

As a member of management, it won't let us switch shifts with anothet member of management unless they have the exact same title.
