PROS: I love this app and the best part of it is their customer support! They are really helpful and accessible 24/7. CONS: In-depth reporting may take time, but customer support will help you with this!

Well-managed staff schedule! Thanks to Deputy!
PROS: Deputy integrates all workforce management-related tasks--from timekeeping to payroll. It makes our job easier and I think the amazing and visually appealing UI contributes to this! Their 24/7 support is unbelievable. CONS: Deputy needs to be customized so that other apps can be integrated into it. Not all apps integrates and work perfectly with Deputy.

Would recommend!
I've been using Deputy for the last two Christmas seasons for my seasonal photography business and they really make my life so much easier. Customer service chat has always been helpful (even when I have dumb questions) and I like that they have seasonal pricing options.

The time tracking solution you’re looking for!
PROS: Tracking work hours no longer feels like a chore because of this app! CONS: I think the weakness of this app is that it doesn't track overtime and double shifts unless you have it customized.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They also have a minimum spend that’s not made clear at all. So regardless of how many users you have they’ll charge you a minimum fee monthly.

"Terrible customer service"
What do you like best about Deputy? Nice UI, easy to use software. Fairly basic for time keeping but seems like it could do the job well and be reliable. The mobile app also seems very well built and a solid addition. What do you dislike about Deputy? Terrible customer service, sent 3 emails no reply, waited 2 weeks. Went on live chat who didn’t even apologise and said they’d be happy to help instead, so I asked them my questions about GDPR. They simply said to read the security doc on ...

"Great for Construction!"
What do you like best about Deputy? Deputy is a simple program and very easy to us! It uses GPS when an employee clocks in, which is great for labor and employee accountability. We are a residential and commercial mechanical contractor with a shop. When it comes to itemizing labor to each location this is the perfect program. When its time for payroll it takes two clicks and it is uploaded to the payroll system. There is a great options on how to export time-sheets as well. What do you ...
