Extremely helpful app for workforce management

PROS: This user-friendly app helps in efficiently scheduling the shifts of our team members. CONS: Integration with your payroll app can be tricky and may take time for you to figure out.

I like how easy it is for the employees to clock in and out on their phones using the Deputy app. I also really like how easy it is to change the timesheets if someone forgot to clock in or out. What do you like best about Deputy? I like Deputy because it integrates easily with Rippling - it auto pushes approved hours to weekly payroll runs, which is an incredible asset that minimizes the opportunity for human error. They have intelligent ways to prevent buddy punching - facial recognition software on kiosk devices. It also has intelligent alerts you can configure. What do you dislike about Deputy? My favorite workplace app!

PROS: I love how efficient this app is. It allows users to clock in and out, view timesheets, and preview paychecks! It has so many functions and a visually appealing user interface which makes it easy to use. CONS: The notifications and reminders can be overwhelming.

Scheduling of shifts

PROS: This is overall a good and functional app. I love that I can download an employee's login records so easily to use it for reporting. This also makes scheduling shifts so much more convenient. CONS: I wish the message board increase its number of characters per message. I also hate that there is no fix pricing for the app. We pay per user.
