So far, so good! As someone who regularly rosters, would love more flexibility in viewing the Schedule. I had specifics but can't remember, other than that everything has been good :)

Deputy has been very effective and easy…

Deputy has been very effective and easy to track our sales/labor. We have had some lapse with support and a few odd glitches, but that seems to be improving some.

Love Deputy!

Love Deputy - we moved over to them for scheduling our 500+ workforce. Deputy has really made our scheduling process much more efficient and so now we are moving all our timesheets over to them too! Couldn't recommend Deputy any more! Great service!

Efficient & Great Product

Deputy makes my life so easy and simple every week for a Payroll that consists of 50 employees with timesheets. Every week I am able to export the timesheets into our Bookkeeping system, Xero and then load up the Payroll. It saves an amazing amount of time and eliminates any human error. I highly recommend Deputy to anyone.

"Use of Deputy"

What do you like best about Deputy? The straightforwardness of the application is a good feature. As long as you know where to log in and log out, you will never fail to use it. You can also see whose with you in your shift. What do you dislike about Deputy? The complexity of the features of the applications is one of the things that I dislike. "Depends on what you are looking for"

What do you like best about Deputy? My salesperson, Kendra, was extremely helpful and responsive in a timely manner. Felt I had to use her for a lot of my onboarding experience. What do you dislike about Deputy? CSM experience and onboarding was dreadful. I had to contact my sales rep for most of it and that's not her job. They required users to submit troubleshooting tickets. We were only hoping to use the platform for scheduling purposes since Rippling does our payroll and it's too ...

"Decent product, geofencing needs work"

What do you like best about Deputy? Easy to schedule shifts. Easy to let workers know about upcoming jobs and if we need to work overtime. What do you dislike about Deputy? Geofencing not the best, this is ultimately why we quit using it,. What problems is Deputy solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to schedule shifts, and let workers know when shifts are available for pickup.
