"Awesome Product for Personalization with ABM"

What do you like best? Our typical use case is the personalization of ABM ads for target accounts! We also utilize the Site Analytics with target account segments to understand where our target accounts are spending time on our website. Finally, we use certain metrics such as ABM score and Trending Onsite in our Salesforce Lightning dashboards to aid our sales teams in understanding the key accounts to email.

What do you like best? My favorite part about Demandbase is the people. As a customer, you receive an entire team of talented individuals who will bend over backwards to support you. They spend a lot of time training their team to become experts. Each of them have been fabulous to work with.

"A good tool as long as you have a specific use case in mind. Can be difficult to implment"

What do you like best? The amount of data the tool can provide your team is incredible. It eliminates the need to wait for accounts to "raise their hand" and allows you to move more swiftly, IF and it's a big "if" you can operationalize it. They have good people on their team to help you understand the tool and provide additional information, but they were still figuring out how their integrations with popular tools like Salesforce would work.
