What do you like best? I use Vision to log hours on my time sheet and for expense reports, that's all. The software is fine for that, and there is nothing especially good or noteworthy about it.

What do you like best? If used correctly, Vision can be a very powerful tool for Customer Relationship Management (and more). Useful features include the info center, calendar/activities, time&expense reporting, utlities, and training materials. While CRM is where vision is most robust, the 'best' feature is reporting.
