Deliverr is a good business partner for big or small business. I am a small business, despite that I have to learn many lessons on management my stock through fulfillment center(s) at a HIGH cost, I've found Deliverr to be fair. I love that I can live chat with someone when I need help. Deliverr costs a bit more than FBA, but provide me with flexible and control over my own inventory.

I hope things will improve
I experienced some shipment delays, and an item arrived in bad condition. Unfortunately, for this reason, a client left me a bad review. I was very disappointed. My client's satisfaction is essential for me, and receiving horrible feedback on shipping and packaging was a bad shock. I just began to use Deliverr. Maybe I was not lucky. Highly Recommend for Ecommerce Sellers
Excellent service, great interface for shipping products through API Bigcommerce (and others) online. 2-day, 3-day, standard, pick and pack, fair pricing and efficient. Been using Deliverr for over 2 years and they have been upgrading and always making the website and warehouse options better. Highly recommend.
