Improved Experience

Not a Viable Solution
I hate to do this and leave a terribly negative review, but I don't want other small businesses to make the mistake of utilizing deliverr. Utilizing them will cost you time, money, and it will hurt your reputation and relationship with your customer. First things first, Deliverr constantly fails to both ship on time and deliver the items by the promised date. That's something you need to know ahead. Fantasic help with address change
The wrong shipping address was on my removal order and 3 of 6 shipments already went out. They were able to update the address for the shipments not yet shipped and were able to contact the forwarder for the shipments not yet delivered. All shipments are now going to the correct address and my issue was resolved quickly and smoothly. Pamela was fantastic to work with and did a great job. Thank you!

Brian is the best account manager ever
Brian is the best account manager ever. We are a small business but the care and support he gives to us is above and beyond. Brian is always well-informed, prepared, and responsible. We had had issued that the system…
We had had issued that the system showed our product ran out of stock. But it acutally had stocks in the warehouse. Deliverr support team explained and resolved the problem quickly. (caused the inventory relocated so that it didn't recongnized the stock) As being a customer, I think satisfaction is a simple regarindg customer service.
