Good people, terrible support and billing systems, variable inventory management
We've been a Deliverr customer for over a year now. We moved to them for 3PL services for our website fulfilment. All went well to begin with, they had nice systems and integrations. They weren't the cheapest, but the overall systems and service were good. Then things started to go wrong. They stared charging long term storage fees at a truly eye watering rate. Quick Resolution and Very Easy to Deal With

This company was sold and has gone downhill. Avoid at all costs.
This company was recently sold and in the past year it has become a truly awful experience to work with them. Customer support is vague and by chat only now. Their algorithm seems to be what they look to like a God of some sort. You ask them a question and they say "the algorithm" there is no explanation or rationale. If you are a small to medium (hell even large) business you would do best to avoid this company.
