Best Fulfillment Company in the US. Not Perfect but definitely the best
Deliverr is cheaper than most other fulfillment options, especially against its biggest competitor Amazon MCF. Compared to Amazon, Deliverr has outstanding, US-based customer support that will go above and beyond to help you quickly. Amazon MCF customer support is inexistent. It's like speaking to dumb robots in Asia. It's not just cheaper, but their platform is easier to navigate, to create returns, and most importantly to ask for reimbursements if the parcel is lost/damaged in transit, ...

Great experience
I had a great experience with Henry because my inquiry was only related to tracking whether an item returned to sender had been received back at Deliverr however the rep went the extra step to help resolve my claim dispute and provide a credit for us right on the spot. So helpful!
