Manage Shipping costs

We were struggling to manage our shipping costs last year and then we found Deliverr. They changed our online viability by dramatically cutting our costs. Our Deliverr rep, Tyler, is also very knowledgeable and he regularly gives us advice and offers programs to help our business. I highly recommend Deliverr!

Deliverr = Above and Beyond

Deliverr is by far the most "customer 1st" company we have ever worked with. Brian Schneider called as soon as we signed up offering help and offered helpful suggestions for selling on Walmart. He has stayed in touch on a regular basis and has since walked us through our first inventory shipment and helped us troubleshoot issues on Walmart even contacting Walmart associates while on zoom with us. Deliverr delivers!

Deliverr is a great place to sell your items similar to FBA for Amazon only for other online shops. I was using it to sell items on WalMart.com and I never had any issues or any irrate customers. Try it if you want a way to automate your online sales.

Our experience was Just Terrible

Our experience was as follows: 1 to 6% failure rate, late shipments consistently, no customer support other than tickets that go unanswered for several days, short window for shipment failure claims and very little reimbursement. Overall, a terrible experience and cost us so much profit because of their mistakes. I am positively surprised

I am positively surprised about the performance and support from Deliverr. We have sent around 200 SKUs and integrated them with Walmart, Ebay and Google. The support has been very quick and prompt, they understand the problem and respond accordingly (not like off shore call centers). Shipments and delivery was on time for 10+ orders we had so far.
