The customer service is exceptional
The customer service is exceptional, especially the online chat feature. They are fast, responsive and always there for us when we have an issue. Special shout out to Aaron, who was able to figure out our issue with bundling products! Now we are up and running- thank you!

To start all was well, then descended to the depths.
To start with all was well, onboarding went smoothly, deliveries were as promised etc. Then they lost half of our inventory. After searching each warehouse they could not find it. Tahnkfully half of what was missing had been sent in a removal order a friend was handling for us, as they could not set up the appropriate labels for amazon. Then they found some of the inventory, then it disappeared again, when we tried to remove it, then it appeared again, then it disappeared. 2 Months later, ...

The entire onboarding was smooth…
Think the biggest concern we have with engaging a 3PL in the states is that we are located at the polar opposite, in the Oceania region, rendering communication and coordination difficult. Deliverr have however made this concern irrelevant. The entire onboarding was smooth despite a number of hiccups on our end thanks to Rachel. Amazing Company
Amazing Company. I have been with Deliverr now for a year and must say after thousands and thousands of transactions, in a business that is very difficult and detailed oriented, that Deliverr is among the best fulfillment services in the US today. Highly recommend.
