Amir Bavani with Deliver was the best! We are a unique company, to say the least, and Amir made the onboarding process simple and low stress! Going above and beyond is always…
Going above and beyond is always appreciated. We had an issue with a claim that fell outside the covered window. The system immediately rejected any attempt to file claim. But we needed to explain what was really happening. Alain from Deliverr took our case, listened to what really happened and worked with us until the end to make sure that both our company and Deliverr could solve this issue. Excellent support

Worst experience ever
Worst experience I have ever had. Almost every Walmart order I had was delayed, which messed up my Walmart metrics. They have lost at least 25% of every shipment that I have sent in. After providing them with purchase invoices I was issued a provisional credit. You only get credit for their service. They do not issue cash credit for lost inventory. Then they supposedly found some inventory and charged me again. After 6 removal orders to completely remove my inventory and close my account I ...

Horrible customer service. Total disaster working with them. Never ending issues since day 1. Super EXPENSIVE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. Many other better alternatives. Do your homework.
