Cause of shipment delay resolved successfully

My item couldn't be shipped immediately by Deliverr. I kept getting the message that it's because of the buyer's address, although the buyer kept re-confirming that it's correct. Had to re-order the shipment. After about 10 days, Deliverr support staff found out that it was because of USPS limitations on parcel size.
