Misleading App
You can upload 1000 files at once but only download 1 file at a time with the free version, something which they do not list on any of the version comparison pages, presumably to sucker you into uploading your files, then realizing you have to pay to download them, or use the free trial. But the free trial is only 14 days long, and has no option to cancel the payment in advance without losing the premium features immediately. Add to all this a frankly obtuse UI and no option for a desktop ...

Degoo has been a great help with storing my files. I have more space than i do on my hard drive. The app doesnt only provide storage for files, it also provides categories for photo galleries and music. Keep up the great work developers. I appreciate it. Thank you

This is what Cloud means!!!
100gb free storage from degoo cloud is an honest tool to store my data to the cloud. Then, there are many oportunities to increase this space 20 or 30 times more!!!! Very easy to operate, just like i have another one hard disk drive. Comfortable and fast upload and download. This is exactly what i was looking for. Thank you!!!!!!

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is...
I bought 2TB of cloud space thinking it would be the ideal way to back up photos. Although I have uploaded thousands of photos... the navigation, administration and maintenance of the photos is an absolute nightmare. "nothing works"... re-naming, navigating... is an absolute abortion. Then, try contacting 'support'... what a joke... it's impossible to even send them an email... and jumping through hoops on their website to try to clear their 'captcha' verification has proven impossible.
