This company has a great product but horrible customer service

This company has a great product but about the worst customer service. You cannot get a proper response from anyone. How about a customer service number to talk to a live agent or at least a chat line. I know they are making a lot of money so why skimp on the customer service. Finally I choose it

Tried different face swap tools all day before I found Deepswap. It is more expensive than other face swap tools. However, after checking product reviews and trying out the free trials for these products, I choose Deepswap.

Impossible to Cancel Subscription

Canceling the monthly subscription is virtually impossible. Despite multiple attempts to cancel through their platform, I received no response and continued to be charged. As described in the answer from DeepSwap shortly after my review, I already tried these steps. I have filled out the Google form multiple times, and if you write an email, you will get an automated reply asking you to fill out the same Google form. So don't be misled by their answers.
