Bad support and service, need to improve.

They should update their hosts list on the login page. The support never answer question, never solve problems for customers. (Yeah I don't expect every host on their website working properly every day, however I don't expect them not working 99% of the time either) They said generating a link will count the bandwidth, then why when I actually download the file, it counts the bandwidth again, so bandwidth for 1 file = bandwidth for the link + download bandwidth= 2*bandwidth?
