Affordable service with great speed
The service is a great affordable solution to download files from premium hosters. I had no experience with customer support. So I can't rate or describe it. There are plenty of payment methods en subscription periods. From a finance view this is really great. Instead of pay $10 to RG and $10 to UL.to and $10 to .. and so one. You have great pricing options at deepbrid for under $5 a month. I can't complain about speed and service. I use a download manager and it's starts at good speeds and ...

Unstable speed, no supported for customers
Download speed is unstable, only rapidgator is working. As my experience, takefile, k2s, hotlink, uploadgig are not working. Ticket is ignored even I sent 3-4 times.Deepbrid has a nice dashboard but that's all. Unstable speed, no supported for customers. So I feel like I'm cheated.

I paid for a subscription to download…
I paid for a subscription to download files from File.al. File.al doesn’t work, and the two tickets I’ve sent in to fix it have been ignored. Edit: Gotten a response for it, and they claim they’re fixing and will reimburse the days I couldn’t download from it. When that happens, I will make it 5 stars

Don't waste your money...
Don't waste your money... Get ready to get "Error: Filehoster under maintenance" or to take 5/6 hours to download 80Mo file. Hitfile never works, nitroflare is even worse. The support is clearly useless and never answer from the chat. "24/7 Support" -> NOPE The "Highest download speeds" is a joke.
