Best Downloader ever

horrible customer service
I love deepbrid but they have horrible customer service. Even their live chat was online last time a month ago. Jdownloader 2 service not working. Missin account error in every computer. I wrote them many times live chat, Facebook or e-mail. No response! Fidelity points system is good but they have to work on customer service. This is why I gave 1 star.

K2S declared online but not true
They declare K2S online but it's not true. I've subscribed for one month and, when trying do get the download link, the premium link generator says "Error: Filehoster not supported" Don't trust this service

Don't waste your money
If you don't know how to decide weather to buy a subscription or not, because you see good and bad reviews. Let me break it down for you unresumable downloads, Filehosters are most of the time down and sometimes the fileshoster is online it says "Error dead link or filehoster not supported. Don't waste your money

nothing like customer support
nothing like customer support, most popular filehosts are "down" like for a weeks, totally agree with one of previous opinion - feel like cheated.
