very bad customer service
i subscribed for 1 month premium tried to reach customer support for four times but got no response at all !!!!!!!!!!since three days rapidgator is not working for me which is the only website i use despite it's showing online on the website

If You are interested in k2s
Why not just remove k2s, takefile, uploadgig and many others, if they know that they do not and will not work. They know that so many people are interested in these services and take advantage of that by arguing that others work.Regarding the answer if eventually it is never, also they put keep2share on their main page, it seems one of their main filehoster, that seems to me a dirty trick, my personal advice: change that ;)

Bought a 1-month plan and my account was cancelled the first day! Because I complained that nothing works. Tried 7-8 different hosters. Only uploaded works but speed is very slow. Others like rapidgator, Katfile, etc all failed. Even their torrent service doesn’t work. Tried a torrent and it was stuck at 3% after half an hour. A Thorough Dissapointment
I bought this to fill the gap with with real-debrid account so I rarely need it. But when I do the downloads are much slower than RD. More importantly, I wanted to use 3 specific host: file.al, k2s, and takefile and despite them being listed as supported host and not being labeled as "down", every time I add a link I get a message saying the host it not supported. I really don't appreciate the false advertisement.
