Very bad user experience
They never reply to your ticket ever. Sure they do reply to the "easy" ones that they actually support. But to the "supported" hoster like k2s, they never reply and ignore them. Many hosters they claim they support, they do not. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BUY PREMIUM SERVICE FROM THEM.

Premiumhoster werden als Online dargestellt, funktionieren aber nicht.
Premiumhoster wie NitroFlare stehen als Online drin, funktionieren aber nicht weil angeblich Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden.Der Support hat nach über 2 Wochen immer noch nicht geantwortet!Die meisten anderen Hoster funktionieren, aber dafür würde ich lieber einen anderen Service verwenden.*Update*NitroFlare wurde nun für mich freigeschaltet (nach meiner negativen Bewertung hier).Über das Ticket-System habe ich immer noch keine Antwort bekommen. Don't waste your money.
They used to be quite good but they don't seem interested in upkeeping the site anymore. The "online" status of most hosters is completely bogus and most of the premium hosters they claim to offer do not work. They ignore all inquiries made via their ticket system. Anything negative posted on their facebook page is promptly removed. Don't waste your money.

Download from takefile does not work even if the service is reported "online"; Also, they say tickets are answered in a maximum on 24h but that is not true

bought a month premium membership during the summer.file download speed for premium is very slow and always dc before file download finished (Remote server connection closed)customer ticket no reply from the day till now (10+ days but on the page it says "We answer customer tickets Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm EST.")not able to generate file from time till time for every hosters {"error":10,"message":"Filehoster not supported"}get it if you want to have frustration in downloading your files.

Value for money
Purchased 1 month premium from deepbrid. Site interface is very user friendly and payment options are good. Don't expect to be able to download from hosters like k2s nitroflare uploadgig. From personal experience, rapidgator, uploaded,katfile works well. Highly recommended for rapidgator-focused users

Premium Key wurde nach 4 Tagen geliefert da anscheinend die Zahlung ab und zu „Buggy“ ist nach deren Aussagen.
