Most of the hosters are down, and customer support is someone who doesn't care for their customers!

Unreliable website with unreliable support

Unreliable website with unreliable support. Most of the sites don't work. Even the sites they claim "everyone" is having problem is available for free for most of their competitors.Additionally they don't respond to tickets or emails to support even after 24 hours. They wont even refund me.

Scam Website - Don't buy from them.

I followed up for a month with support and other ways to see if they would reconsider refunding but they did not. So I am 100% sure this is a scam. Unreliable website with unreliable support. Most of the sites don't work. Even the sites they claim "everyone" is having problem is available for free for most of their competitors. They don't respond to tickets or emails to support even after weeks and weeks of follow-up.

Useless

Several days trying to download form a working hoster according to them, but I always get an error message. They ignore emails and tickets. A complete waste on money.

Fake online status. Non-existent customer support.

A lot of their file hosts are listed as "online" but are actually not. You'll be lucky to get your links processed. Don't bother filing tickets either. They'll just close them without bothering to respond.

They're scammers

They're scammers. Took my money but did not activate premium account. Do not response on Ticket. Today is 3rd day of my waiting.

Assolutamente pessimo..

Assolutamente pessimo... degli 80 host che dichiarano sul sito sicuramente quello che interessa a Voi non funziona (Easybytez NON va.. backin NON va.. rapidgatro NON va) soldi buttati!!! ho pagato con Amazon Pay ed aperto una contestazione (per un rimborso) al momento però nessuno si è fatto vivo (ed ho scritto al loro centro assistenza piu volte)

Hosters are down for days and even the customer support is not replying to the ticket of that issue, not recommend at all.

Kein einziger Hoster funktioniert, über den ich laden wollte. Auf das Ticket bekomme ich seit ca. 2 Wochen keine Antwort. Klar nicht zu empfehlen.

Disappointing.

This site, like most debrid site out there claim to fullfill much more hoster, than in reality does.They offer 5 link at day from k2s (keep2share simply doesnt work on any debrid service, never) Actually the service is below the bare minimum, even the most common hoster are down, for any reason, service unavalaible, maintenance, massive ban, etc.Better debrid services out there.Un sito che promette molto e mantiene poco. quasi nulla.
